Microsoft has confirmed it will be releasing the hotel system, operating system and the operating systems that make up Windows, Windows Phone and Xbox in 2018.
The announcement came via the company’s blog, where it stated that the operating software and hardware will all be released at the same time in 2018, with the Hotel System operating system being the last to get an update.
The new operating system is set to debut at the Microsoft Build conference in April, along with other new Windows features like the Cortana digital assistant.
Microsoft will be using its Build conference to reveal the new operating systems and provide a “first look” at Windows 10’s new Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which will be made available in the coming months.
We are making an effort to make this as easy to get to as possible for those who are interested in getting their hands on the new Windows, hotel, and Xbox operating systems.
We also want to be as transparent as possible as to what’s coming with these new operating devices, so we’ve shared our plan with our partners and they will be able to get a sneak peak.
We will be offering Windows 10 in a new, standalone device that is going to be available for consumers to buy later this year.
We expect that to be the Hotel system, which is set for release in the spring of 2018.
We’re not going to reveal any details on the other operating systems until they’re available, but we’re very excited about this.
